The location of the hotel is conveniently quiet yet close to the town's center and a bus stop. The personnel were friendly and helpful, offering useful advice on what to do in the area.
The provided map publication could be improved as it doesn't accurately represent the different transport zones, which can cause confusion for guests using public transportation.

We had a great experience during our weekend retreat. the breakfast buffet was excellent with homemade jams and a variety of foods. the location was very quiet and close to the center where we found shops and restaurants.
The free map publication didn't cover the transport zones clearly. It would have been helpful to have had more information on the map regarding the border zone.

We loved the excellent breakfast buffet with homemade jams, cheese, cold meats, and variety of food, served on the terrace with amazing views. The location was very convenient with short walks to the city center, bus stop, and railway station. We enjoyed the tastefully decorated and clean room with a comfortable bed and balcony. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided us with useful advice, information, and assistance.

This lovely family pension retreat is a great option for couples looking for a relaxing escape from the city. the personnel are kind, warm, and generous, and they welcome you with open arms. the location is peaceful and quiet, and it’s just a few minutes' walk to a grocery store, some restaurants, and the ortsmitte. the room is tastefully decorated and clean, and the bed is very comfy. the bathroom has flawless Wi-Fi and is very clean. the breakfast buffet is excellent and includes homemade jams, rolls, fruit, yoghurt, and cold meats. You can enjoy breakfast on the terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding area.
It would be helpful if the map publication provided by the hotel could more clearly indicate the transport tariff zones and guest travel card free zones in the area.
